We offer a thorough cleaning of your home in both our move-in and move-out house cleaning services to really make your new or old house shine.


These scope-of-work checklists differ from our normal checklists because the home is assumed to be empty of furniture and unoccupied

• Scrub and disinfect sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.

• Clean appliances inside and out (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher).

• Wipeout cabinets and drawers.

• Wash fronts of all cabinets.

• Clean and Sanitizing countertops and backsplashes.

• Remove fingerprints from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates.

• Wipe down baseboards.

• Clean window sills.

• Vacuuming and moping all floors and cleaning all wood, vinyl, tile, and other 

type of flooring 

• Dusting every surface, including window frames, light fixtures and ceiling 

fans.

You have 48 hours to reschedule your cleaning or cancel the service with a full refund. You can reschedule your cleaning with no refund if you cancel 24 hours after scheduling.
